These documents will be used during the request for tender. We then prepare a competitive fixed-priced quotation in compliance with these documents. Even though this type of contract is widespread, it does not always suit the customers who want to start their projects rapidly.
• Turnkey contracts
  This type of contract is ideal for the customer who wants to rapidly carry out a project without having to devote all of his time and energy in the process. Let us know your requirements and our team will make every effort to ensure that your needs are met. Specifications and preliminary plans are elaborated, while ensuring respect for your budget. From then on, you need not worry about your project being properly carried out, and this from concept and design to delivery. We will take care of everything: legal aspects, rules and regulations in force, permits and all other related matter.
• Project management
  This type of contract allows the customer to participate actively in all stages of the project. We work closely with you with complete transparency by involving you directly in the selection of professionals as well as subcontractors. The cost of the work will be increased by a fixed percentage determined in advance with you. This way, the work begins much sooner, resulting in a reduction in the overall timeframe of the work. Once the draft budget has been understood and agreed upon with you, we can begin the work, even if the plans have not been entirely completed. This type of contract gives you the flexibility to manage your final budget as well as any changes brought on during the course of work because you are involved in the entire process.
